A student of psychology and lover of the arts, Jess Marren founded Paradam Studios in 2017 with then Creative Director Jeff Venida. Having dedicated nearly 10 years to the industry she has consulted wildly successful startups and corporate businesses in fashion, tech, and wellness. Moved by stories and driven by metrics, Marren sees the forgotten soul in business and expresses that energy through creative growth strategies. Her work with CEOs and celebrities appears in Forbes, Vanity Fair, Vogue, and Business Insider.
